The room had a Mediterranean atmosphere, with a hidden terrace offering a stunning ocean view. The breakfast included continental options and Mexican treats. The waiters were friendly and attentive. The property had a beautiful design and access to a larger adjacent property. The fine dining restaurants, Marco Polo and Veneto, had excellent food and service.

The staff at GR Caribe by Solaris were amazing! They were professional, courteous, and always made me feel welcome. The entertainment options were fantastic with great shows and performances. I especially loved the a la carte restaurants with delicious food and fine views of the sea and lagoon. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this resort to others.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. There were so many options to choose from and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though we checked in early and our room wasn't ready, they made us feel comfortable and gave us access to the entire area with our all inclusive bracelets. The bar staff and cleaning staff were also very friendly and the rooms were always kept very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located close to the beach, right on a beautiful beach, with beachfront access in front of the Club Med resort. The location also offers the opportunity to enjoy the nearby nightlife. The staff tries to be friendly and helpful.

The service was great and the staff really made an effort to ensure we had a great time. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to the city center. the variety of food options at the hotel was excellent, with a delicious buffet and a range of cuisines to choose from.

the Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing escape, and the Swimming pool was pristine. the Garden area provided a peaceful ambiance, and the Restaurant had amazing food. the staff delivered exceptional service and made us feel special. We enjoyed the Entertainment and the Bar/ Lounge area was a great spot for drinks.

The hotel had a great beachfront location with fine views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and always went out of their way to help us, especially our waiter Didi who made sure we had our favorite Valentina hot sauce with our seafood. The hotel also had a good variety of amenities, including access to restaurants, a water park, and a theater next door.
the hotel was smaller than it looked and only had limited restaurant options at night unless we went next door. The Wi-Fi was also a bit unpredictable and could be frustrating at times.

The staff is exceptionally polite and not pushy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Delicious food is served in the on-site restaurants and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Guests can enjoy nightly entertainment and take advantage of the amenities at the neighboring resort.

Great beachfront location, spacious and clean rooms with stunning sea views. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of food options. Private beach with beautiful white sand and clear turquoise water. Convenient bus service for easy downtown access. Lots of activities for both adults and children.
